Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is set to host a refined culinary showcase that brings together the precision of French gastronomy and the depth of South Indian flavours at Neo Kitchen.
Scheduled for two exclusive evenings on 19 and 26 June 2026, the experience will be led by Executive Chef Owaize Khan and his culinary team. The specially curated tasting menu is designed as a dialogue between French culinary techniques and regional Indian ingredients, creating a contemporary fine-dining narrative.
The menu features inventive creations such as Mini Mysore Gougère, Nori Khakhra with Avial Mousse, Seabass Meunière with Mangalore Gassi Emulsion, and Chicken Ballotine with Chettinad Duxelles. The vegetarian selection includes Charred Broccoli Steak with Malnad Forest Mushrooms and Asparagus with Coconut Hollandaise.
Desserts such as the Opera Cake Bengaluru Style and mini madeleines with saffron sugar complete the experience with a local reinterpretation of French classics.
Guests will also experience live chef interaction throughout the evening, where Chef Owaize Khan will share insights into the inspiration and creative process behind each dish, adding a storytelling dimension to the dining experience.
