Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park will host a special Sri Lankan Food Festival at Neer, its poolside speciality restaurant, from 23 to 31 October 2026. As part of the Hilton Chef Exchange Program, Chef Geeth and Chef Kumara will travel from Sri Lanka to present a showcase of the country's culinary traditions and coastal flavours.

The Hilton Chef Exchange Program allows chefs to share their culinary expertise across international kitchens, explore regional ingredients and introduce distinctive global flavours to local diners through exclusive pop-up experiences.

Set against the coastal dining backdrop of Neer, the nine-day festival will feature a specially curated menu developed by the culinary team, led by Chef Geeth and Chef Kumara. The selection will include Panko Crumbed Crab Cake with coconut lime aioli, Colombo Short Eats Experience, Moringa Cappuccino, Jaffna Lagoon Crab Curry with coconut sticky rice and pol sambal, Coastal Sri Lankan Reef Seer, and Moringa Tofu & Cauliflower Nasi Goreng.

The dessert selection will feature Ceylon Tea & Cardamom Parfait and Mango & Passion Fruit Verrine, offering guests a sweet finish to the dining experience.

The festival brings the culinary expertise of Hilton Colombo to Bengaluru, giving diners an opportunity to explore Sri Lankan cuisine through the visiting chefs' knowledge of the island's distinctive flavours and culinary traditions. Adding another dimension to the showcase, a special Sri Lankan breakfast counter will also be available at Neo Kitchen.

With the Hilton Chef Exchange Program at its heart, the festival offers Bengaluru diners an opportunity to experience Sri Lankan cuisine through the expertise of Hilton Colombo's chefs while enjoying a distinctive dining experience at Neer.
