Hilton’s Bengaluru properties, including Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks, and the upcoming Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, hosted TRISHUL 2.0, its flagship women’s leadership platform, on March 13, 2026.
Organised under the Shakti by Hilton initiative in celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, the event brought together nearly 200 hospitality students, professionals, and team members for an evening focused on empowerment, leadership, and meaningful dialogue.
Built around the theme “Empowered Women, Empower Women,” TRISHUL 2.0 created a space for conversations on economic independence, mentorship, leadership evolution, and continuous learning in today’s dynamic professional landscape. The event also enabled young hospitality aspirants to engage directly with industry leaders and gain insights from their journeys.
The evening began with a networking session, followed by addresses from Sujeet Kumar and Manish Garg, who highlighted the importance of inclusive workplaces and platforms that empower women to lead with confidence.
A keynote address by Shraddha Amit, a wellness entrepreneur and social impact leader, underscored the role of purpose-driven leadership and community empowerment.
The event’s highlight was a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Sarita Iyer, featuring accomplished leaders including Leela Kirloskar, Usha Rao, Anuradha B. M., Shivani Kulkarni, and Resham Gupta.
The discussion explored key themes such as navigating male-dominated industries, building resilience, and moving beyond financial independence to influence decision-making in workplaces and communities. Panelists also shared personal experiences and emphasised the importance of mentorship and women supporting women.
Concluding the evening, Abhiram Menon delivered the vote of thanks, followed by a networking high tea, reinforcing the event’s focus on connection and collaboration.
Through initiatives like TRISHUL 2.0, Hilton continues to strengthen its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and women’s leadership, creating platforms that inspire long-term impact across the hospitality industry.
