Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is set to celebrate Onam with an authentic traditional Sadhya at F5, its all-day dining restaurant, from August 24 to 26, 2026.

The three-day festive experience will bring the rich culinary traditions of Kerala to Bengaluru, inviting guests to celebrate the harvest festival through an elaborate feast, warm hospitality and live music.

Curated by the hotel's culinary team, the Onam Sadhya will be served on a traditional banana leaf and feature an assortment of Kerala's signature preparations. The menu is inspired by time-honoured recipes and uses fresh seasonal ingredients to capture the flavours and spirit of the state's festive cuisine.

The traditional Sadhya offers guests an opportunity to experience Kerala's culinary heritage through a meal that is deeply associated with togetherness, abundance and celebration. The banana-leaf presentation further reflects the customs and traditions surrounding Onam festivities.
