Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre is set to host a special two-day culinary pop-up featuring acclaimed Thai chef Seefah Ketchaiyo. Scheduled for October 4 and 5, 2025, this exclusive event offers guests a rare chance to experience authentic Thai cuisine in Delhi-NCR.
Chef Seefah’s specially curated five-course tasting menu will showcase her signature dishes, including Laab Meung, Pulled Lamb Massaman, Gai Yang, and other traditional Thai favourites, prepared with precision and respect for heritage flavours. Guests can enjoy this intimate, limited-seating experience designed to immerse them in Thailand’s culinary culture.
“Movement is at the heart of this collaboration of ideas, flavors, and experiences. By bringing Chef Seefah to Gurugram, we’re creating a space where authentic Thai cuisine and local curiosity meet, offering guests an immersive epicurean journey,” said Harkaran Singh Sethi, General Manager of Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre.
Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo brings over 15 years of culinary experience from top hotels across Thailand, China, and India. Drawing inspiration from her Bangkok street-food roots, she has earned recognition for balancing traditional flavours with contemporary finesse. Her Mumbai restaurant, Seefah, is regarded as one of India’s premier Asian dining destinations, featured in La Liste’s Top 1000 Restaurants and ranked #13 in Condé Nast Traveller’s Top Restaurant Awards. In 2024, she was named among Culinary Culture’s “30 Best Chefs in India.”
“Delhi-NCR has such a dynamic food culture, and I’m excited to bring the flavors of my home to a new audience. Thai cuisine is about balance, depth, and heart, and I hope guests experience not just the food, but the warmth and spirit of Thai cooking,” shared Chef Seefah.
The pop-up will take place at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre on October 4 (Dinner) from 7:30 PM, with an exclusive Chef’s Table lunch for select media and invitees earlier in the day, and on October 5 (Lunch) from 12:30 PM onwards. The experience is priced at ₹3,999++ per person, with limited seats available.
