This September, Neo Kitchen at Hilton Bengaluru, Embassy Manyata Business Park transforms into a stage where French culinary mastery meets Japanese finesse. Michelin-starred Chef Alexandre Garrigues brings his decades of global experience to curate a two-day, five-course epicurean pop-up on 19th and 20th September 20250.

Chef Alexandre, with over 25 years at Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels worldwide, creates menus that are storytelling in every bite. The evening begins with an Amuse Bouche Duo, featuring truffle-scented cheese and matcha-laced celery, alongside the poetic “Garden After the Rain”. Guests then enjoy “Winter Memory in Kyoto”, a silky parsnip and ginger soup, followed by “The Wave of Andhra”, where bold seafood flavors merge regional inspiration with global artistry. The highlight is Chef Alexandre’s signature duck creation, culminating in a delicate Black Sesame Paris Brest, blending classic French patisserie with Eastern sensibilities.

Enhancing the experience, Sommelier Ms. Manuela pairs each course with hand-selected wines, perfectly complementing the flavors of the menu.
