Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse is bringing a heartfelt celebration to Mother’s Day with ‘Mothers United’, a specially curated brunch experience at Café G that puts the spotlight on home-style cooking, nostalgia, and the stories behind family recipes.

Moving beyond the traditional brunch format, the initiative invites two Bengaluru homemakers to present dishes inspired by their personal culinary journeys and regional roots. The concept revolves around mothers cooking for mothers, creating a warm and comforting atmosphere that reflects the essence of home kitchens.

Guests can look forward to a menu featuring regional favourites prepared with authenticity and care. Mrs. Mikhila Ajmera will showcase dishes such as Mase Masala and Kolhapuri Chicken Tambda Pandhra Rassa, bringing bold flavours and traditional spice blends to the table. Joining her is Mrs. Sneha, who will present comforting classics including Badanekayi Ennegayi and Thondekai Palya, dishes deeply rooted in Karnataka’s culinary traditions.

Speaking about the initiative, Chef Ajit said, “Mothers United is a heartfelt tribute to the women who shape our earliest and most lasting food memories. By bringing homemakers into a professional kitchen, we celebrate authenticity, tradition, and the emotional connection that food creates. This Mother’s Day, we wanted to offer our guests not just a meal, but an experience that feels personal, familiar, and truly special.”

Set against the inviting ambience of Café G, the brunch promises an afternoon centred around soulful flavours, meaningful conversations, and a celebration of motherhood through food and togetherness.
