In a special culinary collaboration, Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida has partnered with Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram to bring the celebrated restaurant Kaansa to the capital for an exclusive four-day pop-up. Hosted at Café On 3 from 6th to 9th March, the showcase will be available daily from 12:30 pm to 11 pm.

Known for its modern Indian cuisine inspired by the legacy of traditional brass cookware, Kaansa presents a thoughtfully curated set menu featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections. The pop-up is helmed by Sous Chef Ravinder Singh, who carries forward the restaurant’s philosophy of honouring regional Indian recipes while refining them through contemporary techniques.

Guests can expect signature dishes such as Dal Kaansa, Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi, Kaala Mutton Curry, Badami Murgh Shorba and Mishti Doi Brulee, among other specially crafted creations designed exclusively for this showcase.
