Vegetarian diners can choose from dishes such as Hormok Phak, exotic vegetables in tamarind sauce and Pad Mhee Korat, adding further variety to the menu.
The Thai-inspired dining experience concludes with desserts including Crispy Fried Banana in Chocolate Dip and Coconut Cake with Mango Sauce.
Beyond the menu, The Noble House will feature Thai-inspired décor and visual elements, creating an ambience inspired by the colours and cultural character of Thailand. Thai music will accompany the dining experience throughout the five-day festival.
