Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is set to bring the Pan-Asian flavours of HONK at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity to Mumbai through an exclusive culinary collaboration at Sampan from September 5 to 13, 2026.

The HONK x Sampan culinary takeover will bring together the culinary teams of the two Accor properties, giving Mumbai diners an opportunity to experience signature preparations from HONK within the setting of Sampan, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach's Pan-Asian restaurant.

The collaboration will feature Chef Muktan, Chef Penpa, and Chef Hari, who will come together to present a selection of Pan-Asian dishes combining authentic culinary techniques with contemporary interpretations.

The showcase will include several of HONK's signature preparations, including Lotus Stem with Water Chestnut and XO Sauce, Wok-Fried Silken Tofu, Korean Fried Chicken, Xinjiang-Style Baby Lamb Ribs, Jackfruit Rendang, Chengdu Lamb, and Udon Kemao.

The menu brings together influences from different Asian regions, highlighting bold flavours, regional ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques that form part of HONK's culinary identity.
