Bengaluru’s dessert lovers have a reason to mark their calendars. On February 28, 2026, Serious Slice, Cunningham Road welcomes House of Sapor for a one-day exclusive dessert pop-up that brings contemporary Italian pastry into its Naples-inspired kitchen.
Built on a shared respect for craft, balance and tradition, the collaboration extends the Serious Slice experience beyond its signature Neapolitan pizzas. The result is a dessert line-up that feels indulgent, yet thoughtfully restrained.
The curated menu features Torta Tenerina, a soft, rich chocolate cake with a delicate crust and an intensely fudgy centre. Deeply chocolate-forward without overwhelming sweetness, it promises a warm and comforting finale to the meal.
In contrast, Torta Paradiso offers a lighter, airier finish. Made with softly soaked vanilla sponge layers and filled with smooth vanilla bean custard, it balances richness with elegance, a gentle complement to Serious Slice’s bold, savoury flavours.
Completing the trio are Bigné, delicate choux buns filled with smooth cream. Simple, shareable and quietly indulgent, they fit seamlessly into the relaxed dining vibe.
Known for its commitment to traditional fermentation, high-heat cooking and ingredient integrity, Serious Slice approaches pizza as cultural craft rather than fast food. With outlets on Cunningham Road and RR Nagar, the brand has carved a niche among Bengaluru’s discerning diners.
