Hyatt Regency Delhi is adding a fresh chapter to the legacy of La Piazza this April with a special guest chef experience. On 17th and 18th April 2026, the iconic Italian restaurant will welcome Chef Bruno Ferrari for a limited-edition pop-up, bringing together his global culinary journey and La Piazza’s long-standing Italian roots.
Chef Bruno Ferrari, who has been listed in the Michelin Guide across Italy, Zurich, and Shanghai, is also known as the youngest chef-patron to be featured in Italy’s Michelin Guide. For this two-day experience, he will collaborate with Executive Chef Alessandro Sandrolini and Chef de Cuisine Fabrizio Berretta, creating a menu that blends tradition with a modern touch.
With a career that spans across some of Europe and Asia’s most demanding kitchens, Ferrari brings strong credentials to the table. He was awarded the Gambero Rosso 3 Forchette in 2025, a recognition given to only a select group of chefs globally. Currently serving as the Brand Ambassador for the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, he has also been actively involved with Italian Chambers of Commerce across Asia and has catered to private events for royalty and heads of state.
The specially curated menu at La Piazza focuses on an ingredient-first approach, offering dishes that are simple in concept yet rich in flavour. The experience begins with Mediterranean Tuna Carpaccio served with tonnato cream and caper dust, alongside Roasted Beetroot Carpaccio paired with stracciatella, hazelnuts, and black truffle dressing. A Leek and Potato Velouté with Parmigiano Reggiano fonduta leads into the pasta course featuring Plin-style Agnolotti filled with ricotta and spinach, served in sage butter.
For the mains, guests can enjoy a slow-cooked lamb shoulder paired with Barolo reduction and celeriac purée, while a roasted eggplant version is available for vegetarian diners. The meal wraps up with a Modern Bonet, a contemporary take on the classic Piedmontese dessert with chocolate, amaretto custard, amaretti crumble, and caramel gelato.
The evening on 17th April 2026 will feature a specially curated Wine Dinner, where each course is paired with Italian wines selected to enhance the flavours of the dishes. Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato DOC complements the starters with its fresh and citrusy notes, while Barbera d’Asti DOCG pairs with the agnolotti. The mains are matched with Barbaresco DOCG, and the dessert is served alongside Villa Sandi Prosecco, offering a light and refreshing finish.
The experience is designed in two formats. The Wine Dinner on 17th April 2026 will take place from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with Chef Ferrari present throughout the evening. On 18th April 2026, guests can explore the menu through an à la carte option available for both lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
