Bringing together diverse culinary narratives under one roof, Hyatt Regency Pune presents the Chef’s Culinary Showdown this April, themed “Flavours Collide. Stories Unfold.”

Hosted across its signature dining venues, Zeta and PUNE14, the series is designed as an immersive gastronomic journey, where each chef brings a unique perspective shaped by seasonal ingredients, refined techniques, and storytelling through food.

The showcase begins from April 6 to 12 with “Tuscan Heritage by Chef Ashu,” celebrating the rustic charm of Italy’s Tuscany region. Guests can expect soulful dishes that highlight simplicity, tradition, and rich flavours synonymous with Tuscan cuisine.

From April 14 to 19, the spotlight shifts to “Indian Expressions by Chef Pappu,” inspired by the festive spirit of Baisakhi. This phase presents vibrant, contemporary interpretations of Indian classics, rooted in seasonal produce and cultural richness.

Closing the series from April 23 to 30 is “European Artistry by Chef Aparup,” where modern finesse meets culinary precision. The menu reflects the diversity and depth of European cuisine, offering a refined and elegant dining experience.

The month-long celebration culminates on May 3 with a grand finale, bringing all three chefs together for a collaborative showcase. This finale promises a unique blend of flavours and techniques, creating a memorable dining experience that unites three distinct culinary worlds.
