The exquisite Kerala Food Festival, commencing from June 16, 2023 to June 25, 2023, will feature the culinary skills of Chef Latha. She is the Chef de Cuisine of Malabar Cafe at Grand Hyatt Kochi and hails from Kozhikode.

Chef Latha K, head chef of Malabar Cafe, has earned recognition for her exceptional culinary skills in various cuisines. Her remarkable journey includes the publication of her first cookbook, 'Lathapachakam: Nattinpurathinte Thanatha Ruchi', featuring an extensive collection of 358 recipes. Her outstanding contributions to the culinary industry have garnered her more than 25 prestigious national and international awards.

Alongside the delectable main courses, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in an array of authentic condiments, including Manga kandhari chammandhi (a delightful chutney infused with bird chilly, coconut, and raw mango), Chammandhi podi (dry roasted coconut powder), Manga Achar (pickled raw mango), and Mulagu kondattom (curd chili).
