Overview

Indian Craft Brewery (ICB) is bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Bengaluru with a six-week celebration featuring Bavarian-inspired food, new cocktails and a special seasonal craft beer.

Running from September 15 to October 30, 2026, the Oktoberfest celebration introduces a specially curated food and cocktail menu designed around the hearty flavours and convivial spirit associated with Bavarian cuisine and beer culture.

The food menu features a selection of dishes created especially for the celebration. Guests can begin with Bavarian Pretzels served with beer cheese dip or try the Pilzrahm Tarte, featuring forest mushrooms and a creamy herb sauce.

Other savoury offerings include Bavarian Chicken Fingers, German Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich, Smoked Romesco Currywurst, Stout Pork Belly Slider, Bangers and Mash and the ICB Smashed Beef Burger.

The Oktoberfest menu also extends into desserts, with indulgent options including Beer Caramel Chocolate Tart, Weissbier Tiramisu, Bavarian Sour Cherry Cheesecake, Malt Ice Cream and Death by Chocolate.

Complementing the food is a new Oktoberfest-inspired cocktail menu featuring seasonal flavours and beer-led combinations.

The selection includes Bavarian Berry, a berry-forward gin cocktail finished with a lager spritz; Ruby Keller, combining crisp apple, sparkling wine and an IPA twist; and Munich Midnight, made with vodka, vanilla and hazelnut and finished with stout foam.

Alpine Ember combines Earl Grey, honey, smoky lime, whiskey and IPA, while Mango Prost brings together mango, agave, coriander and lime with an IPA finish.

At the centre of the celebration is Fest Bier, ICB's exclusive Oktoberfest seasonal release. The modern golden lager takes inspiration from the beers associated with Munich's Oktoberfest and features a smooth malt character with notes of fresh bread, biscuit and light toast, balanced by a clean finish.

While Oktoberfest was historically associated with darker Märzen-style beers, modern festival beers have increasingly moved towards lighter golden lagers. ICB's Fest Bier follows this contemporary interpretation while retaining a malt-forward character and an easy-drinking profile.

Guests can also explore ICB's existing craft beer selection, including Wit Maga, Happy Weizen, Rowdy Stout, El Chamraj, Ale Is Well, Nandi Nectar, Malgudi Ale, Huligun and ICB Native.

The beers are available in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1,000 ml pours, allowing guests to choose from individual servings to larger formats suited to group celebrations.

With its extended six-week programme, Indian Craft Brewery is combining Bavarian-inspired food, cocktails and craft beer to create an Oktoberfest experience centred around gathering, dining and discovering seasonal flavours.
