Designed as a flavourful journey across the archipelago, the festival celebrates bold spices, rich curries and time-honoured recipes that define the country’s culinary identity.

Running from 12th to 21st December 2025, Teppanyaki transforms into a lively Indonesian-inspired space, blending coastal charm with warm, traditional aromas. Guests can indulge in dishes like Nasi Goreng, fragrant curries, satays hot off the grill, and slow-cooked favourites such as rendang, all crafted with authentic techniques and fresh ingredients.

Adding an experiential touch, the festival features live cooking stations where chefs prepare Indonesian classics right in front of guests. The highlight is the Sambal Bar, offering diners the chance to mix their own sambal—fiery, tangy or sweet—creating a personalised flavour profile. Indonesian décor and soft traditional music further enrich the ambience, turning the meal into a complete cultural experience.
