AnnaMaya, the modern food hall at Andaz Delhi, will host this weekly seafood extravaganza. It's a culinary journey showcasing the freshest and most sustainable catches from the sea, prepared by a team of in-house culinary experts. Each dish undergoes expert cooking techniques, including grilling, poaching, frying, and roasting, to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients.

The seafood menu at AnnaMaya includes succulent prawns, mouthwatering crab, delectable lobsters, and more. The chef has also crafted exclusive in-house sauces like chilli garlic, chilli oyster, and garlic and pimentos aioli to complement and elevate the overall flavor profile of each dish.

For a diverse experience, AnnaMaya offers a curated menu encompassing regional Indian delicacies such as Parsi Patrani Macchi, Meen Pollichatthu (pan-fried Kerala style kingfish), and Tandoori Pomfret (fish marinated in Indian spices and cooked in a clay oven). Guests can also indulge in a selection of fish from the grill, including Norwegian Salmon, Sea Bass, and Himalayan Trout, served with a choice of sauces like BBQ, Chimichurri, or Charmoula.

A standout on the menu is the Asian-inspired Steamed Seafood Special, featuring spice-rubbed steam monkfish renowned for its bold flavors and delicate preparation.
