Oliveto at The St. Regis Goa Resort is set to bring the flavours of Italy to Goa with a special three-day guest chef collaboration featuring Chef Jacopo Avigo of Mezzo Mezzo, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, alongside Chef Roberto of Oliveto.

Taking place from 4th to 6th September 2026, the collaboration will offer guests a specially curated à la carte menu that brings together authentic Italian recipes, premium seasonal ingredients and contemporary Mediterranean influences.

The menu will take diners across different parts of Italian cuisine, with signature Mezzo Mezzo antipasti, handcrafted Italian pastas, traditional risottos, fresh seafood preparations and regional Italian main courses. Guests can also look forward to wood-fired and Mediterranean-inspired specialties, along with classic Italian desserts given contemporary touches.

The three-day experience will highlight the individual styles of both chefs while exploring the regional flavours and traditional techniques that make Italian cuisine distinctive. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy chef recommendations, hear culinary stories inspired by Italy's regional traditions and meet Chef Jacopo Avigo during the promotion.
