ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru, is bringing the flavours of Kolkata to the city with a specially curated Durga Puja dining experience at Cubbon Pavilion from October 16 to 20, 2026. The festive dinner buffet celebrates Bengali culinary traditions through regional specialities, traditional recipes and themed décor.

The curated spread features signature Bengali dishes, including Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai Curry and Luchi with Aloo Dom, alongside an assortment of other festive preparations inspired by Kolkata's rich food culture.

The menu draws on the distinctive flavours of Bengali cooking, bringing together traditional ingredients and familiar recipes in a contemporary dining setting. The experience aims to recreate the festive spirit of Durga Puja through food, ambience and hospitality.

Complementing the culinary offering, Cubbon Pavilion's lush vertical garden will provide the setting for the celebration, enhanced with Durga Puja-inspired décor. The hotel team will also be dressed in festive-themed attire, adding to the atmosphere and reflecting the cultural traditions associated with the occasion.
