Guests can look forward to a colourful medley of Caribbean classics, including smoky Jerk Chicken, Grilled Fish with Escovitch Sauce, and Cuban Stewed Fish slow-cooked with island spices. The buffet also features favourites like Caribbean Roast Chicken, zesty Shrimp Salad, Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Callaloo Soup, and Okra Soup—each dish showcasing authentic island flavours.

No Caribbean feast is complete without a sweet ending. The dessert counter includes Rum Cake and Rice Pudding, offering a perfect tropical finale to this culinary journey.

The special Dinner Buffet is available on May 30th and 31st, from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM. For daytime diners, a Sunday Brunch awaits on June 1st, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, also including soft beverages.
