This June, ITC Maratha’s Peshwa Pavilion invites food lovers to experience a journey of regional authenticity with ‘Flavours of the Hills’—a specially crafted celebration of India’s culinary traditions rooted in its hill regions.

Set to take place from June 20th to 22nd, this unique showcase is a tribute to the in-house chefs’ heritage, reflecting stories of their roots through food. Diners will be treated to soulful recipes and ingredients that hail from India’s scenic highlands—from the chilly terrains of the North to the green slopes of the East and South.

Each dish on the menu draws from age-old cooking techniques and is layered with the rich flavours of regional spices, offering a balance of tradition, comfort, and taste. It's a true homage to homegrown warmth and ancestral culinary charm.

The experience kicks off with a Dinner Buffet on June 20th and 21st from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and continues with a Sunday Brunch on June 22nd between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. The buffet includes soft beverages, making it a well-rounded offering for a relaxed, flavourful meal.
