ITC Maurya is marking Friendship Day with a curated collection of dining experiences across its award-winning restaurants, inviting guests to celebrate meaningful connections through exceptional cuisine, interactive experiences, and signature hospitality.

Available on 2 August 2026, the specially curated experiences offer a variety of culinary journeys, from contemporary tasting menus and elaborate brunches to iconic Indian dining and hands-on chocolate-making sessions.

Guests can explore contemporary South Indian cuisine at Avartana, known for its progressive tasting menus, or enjoy an Italian-inspired Sunday brunch at Ottimo at West View. Those looking to experience legendary North Indian cuisine can dine at Bukhara and Dum Pukht, two of Delhi's most celebrated restaurants renowned for their timeless culinary traditions.

For families and larger groups, The Pavilion will offer an extensive buffet featuring Indian and international favourites, interactive live cooking stations, and signature desserts. Guests can also participate in an artisanal chocolate-making workshop at Fabelle, creating handcrafted chocolates to take home.
