JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is bringing the spirit of Onam to Mumbai with a curated Sadya experience designed to take Kerala's festive culinary traditions beyond the dining table.

Running from 16 to 26 August 2026, the hotel's Marriott Bonvoy On Wheels initiative will offer a specially curated 26-dish Onam Sadya, allowing guests to celebrate the festival through festive gifting, office gatherings and intimate meals at home.

Available through pre-order with a minimum lead time of 24 hours, the Sadya is presented in a 12-compartment banana leaf-lined bento box, bringing together the traditional flavours and balance of Kerala's festive feast in a convenient format.

The menu features a selection of classic Sadya preparations, including Palakkadan Matta Rice with Parippu and Kerala ghee, Sambar, Avial, Thoran, Olan, Kalan, Pachadis, banana chips, sharkara varatti, pappadam, inji puli and mango pickle.

The festive meal concludes with Ada Pradhaman, the traditional Kerala dessert, completing the Sadya experience.

The celebrations will culminate on 26 August with a special Onam Sadya Lunch at JW Café, bringing the festive experience into the hotel with authentic Kerala flavours, traditional hospitality and the communal spirit associated with Onam.

By offering the Sadya both as a curated home-delivery experience and as an in-hotel festive lunch, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar aims to make the celebration accessible across different occasions while retaining the cultural essence of Kerala's harvest festival.
