This Easter, the hotel brings together a mix of dining and gifting options, each designed to match the spirit of the season and offer something memorable for guests.
The highlight is the Grand Easter Brunch at JW Café, where the spread reflects the festive mood in every detail. Live cooking counters set the tone for the afternoon, featuring a honey-glazed ham carving station, JW Garden grilled vegetables, and a Turkish Egg Benedict counter that adds a rich twist to a brunch favourite. Guests can also explore the Kepsa Pulao station with its slow-cooked chicken and fragrant layers, along with a Tonkatsu Ramen counter that offers a comforting combination of pork, mushroom, and chifuu. Adding a personal touch, the DIY French Sandwich Bar allows guests to customise their own selections from bread to fillings and cooking style. The dessert section carries the Easter theme beautifully, with egg-shell decorations, hot cross buns, Chelsea Parmesan buns, frosted travel cakes, grandmother cakes, and tropical desserts. A live buttercream choux pastry counter and an Easter egg painting station for kids add to the overall experience. The Grand Easter Brunch at JW Café is scheduled for Sunday, April 5, from 1-4 pm.
For those looking for a more traditional experience, Romano’s presents an exclusive Italian Easter lunch curated by Chef Bruno Ferrari. Known for his expertise in regional Italian cuisine, Chef Bruno Ferrari brings a menu inspired by Abruzzo and other regions, featuring dishes that are not commonly seen in Mumbai. The spread includes herb-roasted lamb, handmade pastas, and regional soups that focus on depth and authenticity. The dessert section is anchored by classic Easter treats like Colomba Pasquale and Pastiera Napoletana, offering a true taste of Italian Easter traditions. Chef Bruno Ferrari's Easter Menu at Romanos will be available on Sunday, April 5, from 1-4 pm.
Extending the celebration beyond dining, the Easter Gifting Collection at the Celebrate Counter offers a selection of festive treats perfect for sharing. The collection includes centrepiece chocolate eggs, crème-filled mini eggs, a specially curated Easter Bake Box, and a carrot and walnut gâteau with cream cheese frosting.
