Katana, Bengaluru's contemporary sake-led izakaya, is celebrating the Tanabata Festival with a special one-day All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Feast on 7th July, inviting sushi lovers to enjoy an unlimited selection of handcrafted Japanese favourites.

Created exclusively for the festival, the menu features an extensive range of Uramaki, Maki, and Nigiri, thoughtfully curated for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests.

Vegetarian offerings include the Pickled Cucumber Cheese Uramaki, Avocado Cream Cheese Maki, and Mango Asparagus Maki topped with fresh mango purée. Seafood enthusiasts can savour the Spicy Tuna Uramaki, the classic California Roll finished with orange tobiko, and the Shrimp Sensation featuring crispy tempura prawn and Japanese mayonnaise.

The feast also includes freshly prepared Nigiri selections such as Salmon, Tuna, Teriyaki Shiitake, and Hamachi, served to order for an authentic dining experience.

Designed as a one-day-only celebration, the event brings together the spirit of the traditional Japanese Tanabata Festival with Katana's signature approach to contemporary Japanese cuisine.
