Kshemavana Naturopathy and Yoga Center near Nelamangala, Bengaluru, is set to host The Hepatic Haven, a four-day wellness retreat focused on liver health, therapeutic nutrition and holistic wellbeing, from 30 October to 2 November 2026.
Led by Dr. Vandana A. Nikkam, the retreat will bring together naturopathic therapies, guided wellness sessions and restorative practices to help participants understand the relationship between liver health, digestion, metabolism and everyday lifestyle habits.
The programme is structured around nutrition, movement, relaxation and sustainable daily routines. Participants will experience guided sessions incorporating therapeutic nutrition, yoga, mud baths, hydrotherapy, restorative body treatments and meditation.
Alongside these activities, the retreat will explore mindful eating, stress management and relaxation as part of a broader approach to personal wellbeing. Through expert guidance and structured sessions, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their existing habits and identify practical ways to incorporate healthier routines into everyday life.
Over the four days, the programme will combine naturopathic practices with movement and relaxation in a setting intended to encourage rest and a more mindful approach to self-care. The experience places emphasis on understanding lifestyle choices and their role in supporting overall wellbeing.
The Hepatic Haven reflects Kshemavana's approach to holistic wellness, bringing together nutrition, therapeutic practices, yoga and meditation within a dedicated retreat format. The programme is intended for individuals seeking a structured wellness experience centred on liver health and lifestyle awareness.
While the retreat focuses on liver wellness, naturopathic therapies and lifestyle practices should be understood as complementary wellbeing activities rather than proven treatments for liver disease. Participants with existing liver conditions should consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking the programme.
