Inspired by the bustling street markets of Saigon, the tranquil beauty of Ha Long Bay, and the rich heritage of the Mekong Delta, the menu captures the soul of Vietnamese cuisine with a summery twist.
Designed to transport diners to Vietnam’s thriving street food culture, the menu highlights mango in every dish, balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors.

Bánh Tráng Cuốn Xoài – Mango-infused summer rolls bursting with freshness.
Tôm Hùm Sốt Xoài – Lobster with a mango-coconut reduction, an indulgent delight.
Bánh Xèo Tacos – Delicate rice flour tacos infused with coconut essence.
