Hyatt Regency Delhi is bringing a taste of Hong Kong to the capital with an exclusive Italian pop-up, as La Piazza hosts Grissini, the award-winning restaurant from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Known for its authentic Italian flavours since its opening in 1989, Grissini has remained one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated dining destinations.

For ten days only, from August 28 to September 6, guests in Delhi will be able to savour the flavours that have made Grissini a culinary icon.

The experience is led by Chef Valerio Mandile, who has crafted a menu inspired by Italian tradition while adding touches of modern artistry. His dishes balance refined techniques, seasonal ingredients, and playful creativity, featuring delicate pastas, perfectly seared seafood, indulgent meats, and inventive desserts, all paired with wines chosen to complement the flavours.

The pop-up unfolds in the fine-dining setting of La Piazza, where guests will not only enjoy the food but also interact with Chef Valerio, gaining insight into the inspirations behind his creations.
