Le Cirque Signature at The Leela Palace Bengaluru is set to host an exclusive two-night culinary takeover on 12th and 13th June 2026, bringing together Chef Priyam Chatterjee and Chef Rishabh Seal for a specially curated dining experience that explores memory, technique, and global culinary influence.
The pop-up marks a rare collaboration between two chefs known for their distinctive journeys through Michelin-starred kitchens and global fine dining destinations. Chef Priyam Chatterjee, widely recognised for his French knighthood and international culinary work, returns to Bengaluru with a menu that reflects his cross-continental experiences and deep connection to Bengali heritage. He is joined by Chef Rishabh Seal, whose background spans acclaimed kitchens across Spain, Bangkok, and India.
The seven-course experience begins with a series of amuse-bouches including Nicoise Reimagined, Piaget, and St. Tropez Afternoon, setting a refined tone for the evening. The menu then moves into layered courses such as La Prestige featuring caviar and yuzu, The Bengal Gourmet inspired by coastal flavours, and Make Me an Omelette, a modern reinterpretation of a classic comfort dish.
Further highlights include À la Sundarbans, combining Cornish scampi with black garlic and citrus, followed by Noir, an aged duck preparation paired with date pesto and raspberry. The experience concludes with Amalfi Summer and a selection of petit fours including mango chilli pâte de fruit and dark chocolate truffles. A vegetarian menu will also be available on request.
According to the chefs, the menu is designed as a narrative-driven dining experience, connecting personal histories with global culinary traditions. The focus remains on storytelling through food, where each course represents a chapter shaped by travel, culture, and memory.
Hosted at Le Cirque Signature, known for its Franco-Italian culinary identity and elegant fine dining setting, the event is expected to attract guests seeking immersive and limited-edition gastronomic experiences in Bengaluru.
The two-night-only pop-up further strengthens The Leela Palace Bengaluru’s positioning as a destination for high-profile culinary collaborations and chef-led dining experiences
