Ranked No. 8 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 list, Line Bar brings its creative energy and bold mixology style to the city on December 9th and 10th.

Known for hosting global bar partnerships that elevate India’s place on the mixology map, Late Checkout* continues this tradition by featuring one of Greece’s most inventive bars behind the counter. Leading the takeover is Nikos Bakoulis, co-founder of The Clumsies and Line, and one of the Top 100 Most Influential Figures in Drinks International.

Bakoulis is known for his modern, experimental approach to cocktails, shaped by his philosophy called The Method of Anarchy, a blend of curiosity, control, and beautiful chaos. At Late Checkout*, he presents this vision through a sensory cocktail menu that challenges the norm and celebrates creative expression.

Late Checkout* has previously hosted guest shifts in New York at Dear Irving and The Ned Nomad, along with collaborations with top global names such as Paradiso in Barcelona, Origin in Singapore, and Sago House in Singapore. With this takeover, the bar continues to bridge cultures through cocktails, bringing international ideas to India’s growing bar community.
