LORE at Radisson MG Road, Delhi, is celebrating Oktoberfest with a special pretzel-making masterclass led by Executive Chef Kush Koli. Running from 21 to 30 October 2026, the 10-day experience invites guests to explore the art of making pretzels through interactive cooking sessions that combine culinary learning with hands-on participation.

The masterclass offers participants an opportunity to understand the techniques involved in pretzel-making, explore flavour profiles and learn more about the preparation of this popular baked speciality. Designed for food enthusiasts and those interested in developing their kitchen skills, the sessions bring a learning-focused approach to the Oktoberfest celebrations.

Rather than simply enjoying the finished dish, participants can experience the preparation process firsthand, gaining insights into the techniques and attention to detail that contribute to the final result.
