LOYA at Taj West End, Bengaluru, is bringing together world-class mixology and regional culinary artistry with an exclusive one-night collaboration featuring Mark Lloyd, Director of Bars at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.
Scheduled for 3rd July 2026, the special event will showcase Mark Lloyd's distinctive approach to cocktail creation, combining technical precision with creative flair. With more than 15 years of international experience across Asia and five continents, Mark is widely recognised for crafting innovative beverage experiences that blend scientific understanding with culinary inspiration.
For the evening, he has designed a bespoke cocktail menu that reflects his guest-focused philosophy. Each cocktail has been carefully curated with thoughtfully selected ingredients, flavours and techniques to create a layered and immersive drinking experience.
The cocktail offerings will be paired with LOYA's signature cuisine, which draws inspiration from the culturally rich regions of the Himalayan foothills. Known for its bold spices, traditional cooking methods and deep-rooted culinary heritage, LOYA's menu provides the perfect complement to Mark's contemporary style of mixology.
The collaboration aims to create a unique dining experience where heritage-inspired flavours meet modern cocktail craftsmanship. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated journey that highlights the balance between food and beverages, with each pairing designed to enhance the overall experience.
