LUSH at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is bringing the royal flavours of Lucknow to the city with its Awadhi Thali Festival, a limited-time dining experience running from July 17 to 26, 2026.

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Awadh, the festival celebrates a cuisine known for its slow-cooking techniques, fragrant spices, and carefully balanced flavours. Originating from the royal kitchens of Lucknow, Awadhi cuisine is renowned for its flavourful kebabs, rich curries, and indulgent desserts that have stood the test of time.

The specially curated festival offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis, allowing guests to experience the essence of this celebrated regional cuisine through a thoughtfully crafted meal.

The vegetarian thali features favourites including Ashrafi Kebab, Paneer Phushnuma, Subz Shahi Korma, and Dal-e-Khas. Guests opting for the non-vegetarian thali can savour dishes such as Murgh Shami Kebab, Dum Gosht Halim, and Murgh Korma.

Each thali is served with Burhani Raita, Roghni Naan, steamed rice, and fresh salad, before concluding with the traditional Zafrani Malai Phirni for dessert.

Whether guests are revisiting the flavours of Awadh or trying them for the first time, the festival offers an authentic dining experience that showcases one of India's most celebrated culinary traditions.
