Maize & Malt has opened the winter season on a delicious note with its all-new seasonal menu—a cosy, flavour-rich spread that brings together global inspirations, local touches and warm, comforting dishes perfect for December.
One of the biggest highlights this year is the Winter Bao Collection, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For those who enjoy delicate flavours, the Truffle Edamame Cozy Bao pairs an edamame mash with a soft winter truffle aroma, while the Katsu Tofu Winter Bao comes with crispy panko tofu and classic tonkatsu sauce. Guests who prefer bolder flavours can choose from the Andhra Gunpowder Potato Bao and the Korean Gochujang Paneer Bao, both crafted to bring a spicy, winter-friendly kick. Non-vegetarians can enjoy heartier picks like the Chicken Tikka Snow Bao and the Mutton Keema Winter Bao, each adding a warm, indulgent touch.
Adding to the winter spread is a specially curated Dimsum Collection, featuring handcrafted dumplings in a mix of global and Indian flavours. The vegetarian selection includes the Veg Crystal Dumplings and Truffle Mushroom Crystal Dumplings, while the non-vegetarian options bring in favourites like Butter Chicken Momos, Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Dimsum, Thai Basil Chicken Dumplings, and Prawn Money Bags, creating a diverse and comforting menu for every palate.
