This Karnataka Rajyothsava, Maize & Malt, Whitefield invites guests to celebrate the essence of Karnataka through a specially curated Rajyothsava Feast, a vibrant culinary journey that honours the state’s diverse flavours, traditions, and regional pride.
Curated by Chef Kalyan Gopalakrishna, the exclusive menu traces the state’s gastronomic map from Bengaluru’s bustling bylanes and Mangaluru’s coastal kitchens to the spice-scented hills of Coorg and Malnad. Each dish tells a story of heritage, nostalgia, and flavour, blending authenticity with contemporary flair.
The festive menu opens with timeless favourites such as Bengaluru Masala Vade, Mangaluru Bonda Soup, Madduru Vade, and Davanagere Menasinakai Bajji, alongside rich regional classics like Pandi Fry, Bannur Mutton Chops, and Mangaluru Fish Fry.
For the mains, the spread features comforting staples like Chitranna, Tharakari Donne Palav, and Mosaranna, complemented by hearty regional signatures including Malenadu Naati Koli Saaru, Bannur Mutton Donne Palav, and Mangaluru Meen Saaru. The meal concludes with a creative nod to tradition, a decadent Mysore Pak Cheesecake and the much-loved Kai Holige with Ghee, bringing sweetness and nostalgia to the celebration.
