Culinary excellence takes center stage as Masters of Marriott Bonvoy brings together three renowned Asian restaurants - Le Du Bangkok, Potong Bangkok, and Masque Mumbai. The St. Regis Mumbai, The Ritz Carlton Bangalore, and JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity will be the venues for these exclusive dinners starting from August 9 in Mumbai, August 11 in Bangalore, and August 13 in New Delhi.
Chef Ton from Le Du Bangkok, ranked No 1 on Asia’s 50 best restaurants list, will showcase innovative Thai cuisine. Chef Varun Totlani from Masque Mumbai, the 16th-best restaurant in Asia, will offer a modern Indian gastronomic experience. Chef Pam from Potong, ranked 35th on Asia's 50 best lists, will delight guests with the best of Thai flavors. The menu will feature dishes like Hamachi with Shaoxing Wine, Banana Prawn with Beetroot Sorbet, and more.
The St. Regis Mumbai, By the Mekong, will present The Asian Invasion, a 10-course dinner featuring these three master chefs. With limited seats, only 45 fortunate guests in each city will have the opportunity to witness this unprecedented culinary collaboration.
George Bennet Kuruvilla, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, expresses excitement in showcasing the artistry of Asian cuisine, while Sharad Datta, General Manager of JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, looks forward to bringing this unique gathering of great chefs under one roof.
Chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn from Le Du, Chef Varun Totlani from Masque, and Chef “PAM” Pichaya Soontornyanakij from Potong share their enthusiasm for this exceptional collaboration, uniting their diverse cultures and flavors through the power of food.
