Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati has unveiled the second edition of its seasonal culinary celebration, ‘A Mango Soirée 2.0’, bringing a specially curated mango-themed dining experience to guests from June 12 to 21, 2026.

Designed as a tribute to India's most beloved summer fruit, the festival will be hosted across the resort's signature dining venues, including Bay Leaf, Baron & Baroness, and the Open-Air Canopy Lounge. The initiative celebrates the enduring connection between mangoes, seasonal traditions, and shared dining experiences.

Inspired by the cultural significance of mango season across India, the festival transforms familiar summer flavours into a curated culinary showcase featuring appetisers, main courses, desserts, and refreshing beverages. The expanded menu blends traditional favourites with contemporary interpretations, highlighting the fruit's versatility while staying true to the resort's focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

A key attraction of the festival is the Special Mango Brunch hosted every Saturday and Sunday at Bay Leaf from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The brunch combines mango-inspired dishes with live entertainment, creating a relaxed weekend experience for families, friends, and food enthusiasts. Priced at ₹2,299++ per person, guests can also avail a special 10% saving during the festival period.

Speaking about the initiative, Pardeep Siwach, General Manager, Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati, said that mangoes hold a special place in India's culinary traditions, bringing people together through shared memories and seasonal celebrations. He noted that A Mango Soirée 2.0 has been designed to celebrate not only the fruit itself but also the emotions and traditions associated with it through thoughtfully curated menus and warm hospitality.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, this year's festival aims to offer a richer and more immersive experience by showcasing the many expressions of mango across diverse culinary formats. From vibrant starters and refreshing beverages to indulgent desserts, guests can explore the fruit's versatility through a carefully crafted seasonal menu.
