What happens when one of Mumbai’s boldest bars meets Bengaluru’s favourite urban hangout? You get a night that’s all about discovery  of flavours, stories, and spirits. On Friday, July 25th, Mezcalita, the popular agave-first cocktail bar from Mumbai, will take over Monkey Bar on Museum Road for a special one-night collaboration that celebrates everything tequila, mezcal, and the vibrant drinking culture of Mexico.

At the heart of the event are Sachin Yadav and Aamod Dangre, Head Bartenders at Mezcalita, who will be serving up signature cocktails that blend bold experimentation with deep-rooted agave traditions. Their cocktail philosophy? Drinks that tell stories, smoky, citrusy, and a little wild.

The exclusive menu features creations like Cha Chinga, a smoky-spicy refresher with tequila, charred cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro and lime; Tahona, a citrusy-sweet mix of tequila, green apple, yuzu and macaron notes; Mango Manilla, a juicy splash of tequila, mango and grapefruit; and Noche Beso, a clarified cocktail with peach, mint, blackcurrant and lime. Rounding it out is Oaxaca Calling, a tangy blend of tequila, mezcal and lychee seltzer with a sour candy twist.
