This July, Miri at The St. Regis Goa Resort is bringing the rich flavours of Parsi cuisine to the table with "A Culinary Journey Through Parsi Heritage," a special three-day dining experience curated by Chef Firozi Karanjia. Scheduled from 24th to 26th July, the event celebrates the culinary traditions of the Parsi community through a thoughtfully crafted buffet.

The dining experience showcases the distinctive flavours of Parsi cuisine, known for its blend of Persian influences and Indian ingredients. Guests can enjoy a menu that balances sweet, sour, spicy, and aromatic flavours while exploring recipes that have been passed down through generations.

The buffet features a range of traditional favourites, including Patrani Machhi, Salli Boti, Jardaloo Ma Gos, and Dhansak with Brown Rice. Live cooking stations will add an interactive touch, allowing guests to experience regional delicacies prepared fresh.

To end the meal, diners can indulge in classic Parsi desserts and beverages such as Lagan Nu Custard, Mawa Cake, and the much-loved Raspberry Soda.

Beyond the food, the event also celebrates Parsi culture through culinary storytelling, offering guests an opportunity to learn more about the community's heritage and traditions.

The celebration includes The Parsi Feast, a dinner buffet available from 24th to 26th July, followed by The Parsi Brunch, a special Sunday brunch on 26th July.
