Miri at The St. Regis Goa Resort is set to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the Parsi community with "A Culinary Journey Through Parsi Heritage," a specially curated three-day dining experience by Chef Firozi Karanjia.

Scheduled from 24 to 26 July 2026, the festival pays tribute to the distinctive flavours of Parsi cuisine, known for its harmonious blend of Persian influences and Indian ingredients. Guests can look forward to an immersive culinary experience featuring authentic family recipes, festive delicacies and time-honoured dishes that have been passed down through generations.

The specially curated buffet will showcase the diverse character of Parsi cuisine, celebrated for its balance of sweet, sour, spicy and aromatic flavours. Designed to capture the essence of the community's culinary heritage, the menu highlights traditional favourites that reflect both history and culture.

The celebration includes The Parsi Feast, a themed dinner available from 24 to 26 July, offering guests an opportunity to savour a wide range of authentic Parsi specialities in an elegant setting. The festivities will culminate with The Parsi Brunch on 26 July, featuring an expansive Sunday brunch inspired by the community's cherished recipes.

Hosted at Miri, the resort's signature dining venue, the event promises a memorable gastronomic journey for food enthusiasts and guests looking to discover one of India's most distinctive regional cuisines.
