Miri at The St. Regis Goa Resort is set to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the Parsi community with A Culinary Journey Through Parsi Heritage, a special three-day buffet experience curated by Chef Firozi Karanjia. Scheduled from July 24 to 26, 2026, the event invites guests to explore the flavours, stories and traditions that define Parsi cuisine.
The limited-time showcase pays tribute to the community's unique culinary heritage, where Persian influences blend seamlessly with Indian ingredients to create dishes known for their balance of sweet, sour, spicy and aromatic flavours. Guests can enjoy a specially curated buffet featuring family recipes, festive favourites and time-honoured classics that have been passed down through generations.
The dining experience will include a traditional Parsi dinner buffet along with live stations serving regional delicacies in an interactive setting. The menu features signature dishes such as Patrani Machhi, Salli Boti, Jardaloo Ma Gos, and the iconic Dhansak with Brown Rice, offering an authentic taste of Parsi home-style cooking.
To complete the experience, guests can indulge in classic desserts and beverages including Lagan Nu Custard, Mawa Cake, and the much-loved Raspberry Soda, bringing a nostalgic finish to the meal.
Beyond the food, the event will also celebrate the stories and traditions behind Parsi cuisine through culinary storytelling, offering guests a deeper appreciation of the community's rich cultural heritage.

July 26, 2026: The Parsi Brunch (Grand Sunday Brunch).

Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Sunday Brunch: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
