Overview

Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park invites guests to experience “Namma Naati Oota”, a specially curated Old Bangalore Naati cuisine pop-up at Neer from 24th to 26th February 2026.

As part of its continued focus on delivering distinctive culinary showcases, the property presents a six-course sit-down dinner that revives the bold, spice-forward flavours of Old Bangalore’s historic pete communities.

Curated by Kalyan Gopalakrishna, Founder of Karnivore Kitchen, the experience celebrates the roots of Naati cuisine—shaped by Andhra, Tamil Nadu, and Maratha settlers who influenced Bengaluru’s early food culture. The menu reimagines traditional preparations with refined techniques while preserving their authenticity.

Guests can look forward to signature dishes such as slow-cooked mutton fry, heritage-style Naati Koli preparations, Bannur lamb specialties, robust spice-based gravies, and traditional desserts like Halobbattu. The evening will also feature thoughtfully paired whiskies and Naati-inspired mocktails.

More than just a dinner, Namma Naati Oota promises an immersive journey into Bengaluru’s culinary past, set against the elegant poolside ambiance of Neer.
