Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal invites diners to experience Saffron Trails at Nazaara, an exclusive dinner showcase running from 12th to 18th January 2026. Inspired by India’s ancient hot pot heritage, the festival celebrates saffron cuisine with slow cooking, layered flavors, and indulgent preparations that transport guests on a culinary journey under the open sky.

Curated by master chef Asif Qureshi and his team, the menu revives forgotten traditions and age-old techniques from India’s regal kitchens. Designed especially for the festival, the à la carte and set menu highlights saffron’s richness through aromatic dishes, bold textures, and heritage recipes reimagined with a modern touch.

The festival concludes with a luxurious Saffron Brunch on 18th January at The Hebbal Cafe. Guests can enjoy an elegant spread infused with saffron’s aroma, accompanied by live music and free-flowing mocktails. Signature dishes such as Saffron Risotto, Zaffrani Murgh Biryani, and Saffron-Infused French Toast promise a sensorial experience that blends comfort with sophistication.
