Neo Kitchen at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park has introduced a special “Ramen & Bao” evening dining experience, offering guests a fresh and interactive way to enjoy Asian flavours. The experience will be available from 20th April to 20th May, between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Designed as a chef-led concept, the experience focuses on a close and engaging dining format where guests can interact directly with the culinary team. This adds a personal touch to the meal, making each visit feel unique and memorable.

The menu brings together a curated selection of ramen and bao, presented in a modern style that highlights flavour, detail, and customization. Guests can explore a variety of options including Bao, Spicy Tofu Ramen, Shiitake Ramen, Tori Paitan Ramen, Gyuniku Ramen and Shake Ramen, each crafted to offer a rich and satisfying taste.

Adding another layer to the experience, the menu is paired with a thoughtful selection of Indian whisky. These pairings are chosen to complement the bold and umami flavours of the dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience with warmth and balance.
