Launching on March 21st, Neon Nights is India’s first Japanese-inspired after-hours concept, reimagining Tokyo’s electrifying nightlife in the heart of the capital.

At 10:30 PM sharp, Adrift Kaya undergoes a remarkable transformation from an elegant izakaya into a high-energy, neon-lit playground that captures the spirit of Tokyo’s famous Shinjuku and Shibuya districts. Guests are invited to indulge in an exclusive secret menu, accessible only to those who dare to ask, featuring bold dishes like Toro Tartare with Sriracha and Crispy Rice, Sweet Corn Tofu Tempura with Black Vinegar Sauce, and Yakitori Chicken Meatballs with Onsen Tamago and Teriyaki Glaze.

Complementing the menu is a unique beverage program helmed by award-winning mixologist Akshay Kumar. His creations draw from Japan’s vibrant highball culture and the serene influence of Kyoto’s tea houses. Highlights include the Fire Akuma, a Suntory Toki whiskey blend infused with chili, and the Coco Geisha, a refreshing cocktail combining sake, coconut water, and bitters.
