Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has introduced "Monsoon Express – A Street Food Journey Across India" at The Square, inviting guests to celebrate the monsoon season with a railway-inspired culinary experience featuring some of India's most loved street food.

Drawing inspiration from the charm of Indian train journeys, the festival brings together the nostalgia of rainy days, bustling railway stations, and the irresistible flavours of regional street food. While The Square continues to serve its signature global buffet, guests can also enjoy a specially curated section dedicated to iconic street food from different parts of the country.

The live food stations feature popular favourites such as Samosa, Galouti Kebab with Roomali Roti, Kachori, Roasted Bhutta (Corn), Vada Pav, Bread Pakora, and many more. Guests can pair these dishes with a classic cutting chai while experiencing the vibrant flavours that define India's diverse street food culture.

Each regional speciality has been carefully prepared to capture the authentic taste and character of its place of origin, offering diners a culinary journey across India without leaving Bengaluru.

Beyond the food, the festival celebrates the memories associated with monsoon travel, family outings, and discovering local flavours along railway routes.
