This Father’s Day, Novotel Hyderabad Airport is inviting families to celebrate together over a specially curated brunch experience at Food Exchange. Scheduled for June 21, 2026, the event promises an afternoon filled with flavourful cuisine, family bonding, and memorable moments dedicated to fathers and father figures.

Designed as a tribute to dads, the brunch will feature an elaborate spread of Indian and international dishes, catering to a wide range of tastes. Guests can enjoy fresh salads, live barbecue stations, regional delicacies, signature mains, and an assortment of indulgent desserts crafted especially for the occasion.

The menu highlights include favourites such as Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, Handi Dum Gosht, Murgh Dum Rizala, Prawn Butter Masala, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Tandoori Fish Tikka, and Grilled Prawns. Vegetarian diners can savour dishes including Kaju Palak Makhana, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, and Subzian Nargisi Biryani.

Adding a festive touch to the celebration is a specially themed dessert selection featuring Dad’s Love Loaded Chocolate Cake, Father’s Strong Coffee Walnut Mousse, and Mustache Mango Mousse Jar. Traditional favourites such as Saffron Rasmalai, Kaju Katli, Motichoor Ladoo, Khubani Ka Meetha, and Tender Coconut Payasam will also be part of the spread.
