Novotel Vijayawada Varun is set to introduce a slice of Italy to the city with its upcoming Italian Food Festival at G Bar. The hotel continues to bring global flavours to local diners, reflecting Vijayawada’s growing interest in international cuisines.
Scheduled from 20th March to 5th April, 2026, the festival will offer specially curated lunch and dinner experiences, giving guests a chance to explore the essence of Italian cooking. The experience includes a thoughtfully designed table d’hôte menu along with live culinary counters, allowing diners to enjoy both the flavours and techniques that define Italian cuisine.
Inspired by regions such as Tuscany, Sicily, Naples and Emilia-Romagna, the festival highlights the variety and richness of Italy’s food culture. Guests can look forward to dishes like Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Arancini Balls served with marinara sauce, a Trio of Bruschetta featuring tomato basil, guacamole and roasted pepper, and Risotto Alla Milanese known for its creamy texture and saffron flavour. The menu also includes Chicken Involtini, Roasted Chicken, and Feta & Olive-stuffed Ravioli in basil pesto sauce, ending on a sweet note with Classic Tiramisu.
