Novotel Vijayawada Varun is set to transport guests to the regal city of Mysore this August with a Royal Mysore culinary celebration at its all-day dining destination, Food Exchange. The event, in collaboration with Chef Narsimha from Grand Mercure Mysore, showcases time-honoured recipes, regional culinary traditions, and royal décor, offering a truly immersive gastronomic journey.

Guests can savour a special dinner buffet from 14–23 August, featuring starters such as Koli Ghee Roast, Mangalorean Green Masala Fish, Masala Wada, and Avalakki Habe Kadubu. The main course highlights include Avarekalu Chicken Curry, Mandya Mutton Curry, and Kundapur Chicken Curry, representing the diverse culinary styles across Karnataka. On 24 August, a Royal Mysore Brunch Feast will offer live counters with freshly prepared regional favourites, complemented by Mysore-themed décor that adds a festive and immersive ambiance.
