Speaking about the festival, Manish Pathak, Hotel Manager, Novotel Vijayawada Varun, said, "Through the Thai Food Festival at Red Bowl, we are delighted to offer our guests a taste of Thailand's vibrant culinary culture. The menu has been thoughtfully curated to highlight authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and the spirit of Thai hospitality, creating a dining experience that is both distinctive and memorable."

Adding authenticity to the festival is acclaimed Thai culinary expert Chef Penpak Panjampee (Chef Vina), who will lead the culinary experience. Recognised as one of the leading ambassadors of Thai gastronomy, Chef Vina has curated menus for distinguished dignitaries and luxury culinary events worldwide. She has also played a key role in promoting authentic Thai cuisine in India through exclusive food festivals, menu development, and culinary education.

The specially curated menu features some of Thailand's most iconic dishes, including the fragrant Tom Yum Soup, refreshing Som Tam (Raw Papaya Salad), and Chicken Satay served with rich peanut sauce. Guests can also enjoy signature main courses such as Thai Green Curry (Kaeng Khiao Wan), Thai Yellow Curry (Kaeng Lueang), and the ever-popular Pad Thai Noodles.

In addition to these favourites, the festival offers an extensive selection of authentic Thai soups, salads, appetisers, curries, stir-fries, rice, and noodle specialties. The dining experience concludes with traditional desserts, including Mango Sticky Rice, Coconut Cake, and Ice Cream Sam Rot, providing a wholesome journey through Thailand's celebrated cuisine.

Prepared using authentic herbs, spices, and traditional ingredients, the festival stays true to Thailand's culinary roots while offering Vijayawada diners an immersive and memorable gastronomic experience.
